How We Use Google User Data

ChronoGrapher requests access to Google Drive files only to enable users to open, modify, and manage their personal files within the tool. We do not store or share any Google Drive data; all data remains in the user's Google Drive unless the user manually exports or downloads it.

Use of Email Address

ChronoGrapher uses the user's email address solely for authentication purposes. When a user signs in, we compare their email address to the authorized users stored in our secured database to verify access. This information is not shared, tracked, or used for any other purpose.

Data Protection and Security

ChronoGrapher does not store or track any personal data. All access to Google Drive files is temporary and occurs only within the user's active session. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encrypted API communication (via HTTPS), and limit data access strictly to the permissions required for the requested functionality. Once the user session ends, any temporary data is immediately discarded.
